to upload your sql file, put it in the mysql/bin directory.
Open a windows command line. Go the the mysql/bin directory.
Type :
mysql -uroot -pxxx < file.sql

otherwise use the mysql client to import yout database :
- open a dos window
- go the the wamp/mysql/bin/ directory
- type : mysql -uroot -pyour_pass < your_file.sql
Where your_pass is your root password and your_file.sql is the file containing the sql directives. Forum: WampServer English
Thanks for the screen shots, i'm going to try to work on it this week end.
Apparently what happens :
- the temporary file is detected as SPAM by NOD32 and moved to quarantine
- when the installer tries to rename this temporary file to its real name (wampserver.exe) this temp file is missing (the file is in quarantine)
So I'm going to try to find out why NOD32 thinks that the file is infected. Forum: WampServer English

MySQL community servers will now be delivered less often then before,. For example, the community serverf(open source version) hasn't been released between 5.0.27 and 5.0.37. The 5.0.37 version will be included in the next release of WAMP5. Forum: WampServer English

it seems to be an interesting module. Now, I'm not sure it would be a good idea to include it directly in WAMP.
It's ok if some people us WAMP5 for production, I can't forbid it, but I don't want to let them think that WAMP5 is built for that.
