As said Cyber, you don't have to configure WAMP for that. If your domain name points on your Ip adress then, it will work.
Now if you want, you can configure a Virtualhost in Apache, so you will be able to manage multiple domain names.
For MySQL, there's really nothing to do.
If you have a dynamic IP, you will need to use a dynamic DNS system like DynDNS.

Use phpmyadmin to export your local databases.

No problem with HTML, but you can have probelms with other languages like xml (open tags like <?xml ....).

shorti_open_tags problem.
Short_open_tags have been desactivated ion wamp since 1.6.0 bevause they are not compatible with XHTML. The best is to use <?php open tags (short_open_tags might dissapear in php6). If you really want to use short_open_tags just activate them in the php.ini file. Forum: WampServer English
