Switch PHP5 to PHP4, apache wont restart

I've installed wamp 1.7.0 with 2 add-ons (PHP4.4.5 and OPTIMIZER3). I wanted to test out PHP4 and clicked on the switch to change to PHP4, after doing so apache wont start. I get the Stop Icon next to Apache. Options available are Start/Resume, Test port 80, Install/Remove Service.

I've clicked on Start/Resume many times and nothing happens. So I was hoping one of you bright members would help me out.

Open a command line window. Go to your apache/bin directory.
Launch httpd.exe. A message will show up telling you what's wrong with your PHP4 install.
Copy that message and paste it here.
