find your httpd.conf file in the wamp directory c:/wamp/bin/apache/apache2.11 /conf and find the line Listen 80 and change it to Listen 81 or want ever port u want to use

no need to bash your head Go to C:/wamp/apps/phpmyadmin3.1.3.1 now find the config.inc.php file find the line $cfg['Servers'][$i]['auth_type'] = 'config'; and change it to $cfg['Servers'][$i]['auth_type'] = 'cookie'; save the file now go to your the wamp icon left click and navigate to php the php extensions look for the extension php_mycrypt wait for wamp to restart the go to php

check you host file in c:/Windows/System32/drivers/ect and check if you have these lines 127.0.0.1 localhost if they aren't add them an if that aint work try 127.0.0.1

right click on the file choose properties then security choose your username or user group. Now choose edit and add full control to your username the apply the settings . Thats how to set the permission to edit the host file

You can run the two at the same time but you'll need to change the port wamp runs on you can do this by opening your httpd.conf file can change the line Listen 80 to Listen 8080 or what ever port of your choice

they are right there guides really work make sure and check back your virtual host file and the folders you created one little spelling error can mess things up so make sure your spelling are the same with your files and folders

well go to the drive were windows is installed the find the system32 folder then look for a folder named drivers then in the drivers folder find the folder named etc and in the etc folder there is a file named hosts open the file and tell us what you see there

did you change the line $cfg['Servers'][$i]['auth_type'] = 'config'; to $cfg['Servers'][$i]['auth_type'] = 'cookie'; and added this line $cfg['blowfish'] = 'any phase can go here'; then restart your server

try uninstalling wamp delete to folder and empty the recycle bin restart your pc then reinstall wamp that should work
