Functionality Question

Ok, so this package looks like it's exactly what I need.
However, I've got IIS running on my server, managing multiple websites. Is it possible to run IIS AND Wamp at the same time? I tried installing Wamp while running IIS and I had to choose rather to use IIS or Wamp, they could not run (and work) at the same time.
If they cannot, can I configure multiple domains and WWW folders through Wamp?
I seriously need Apache, PHP & MySQL to run the CMS program for one of my clients, and this is the perfect package, so I just want to be able to use it.
Any comments or insight would be greatly appreiated.

You can run the two at the same time but you'll need to change the port wamp runs on you can do this by
opening your httpd.conf file can change the line
to
or what ever port of your choice
