folder/file permission for write

please someoen help me how to setup folder/file for write.

i have to chmod file/folder to 0744. please tell me hwo to do it on wamp. thanks

u need a ftp server and a ftp client try downloading

win does not have chmod, so just uncheck the Read Only in folder property
