I've been running WAMP with W11 since the initial launch of W11. I've had zero problems.

Just for information, I've upgraded to the latest Windows 11 (22000.65) and have had zero problems running WampServer, which you would expect.

Is your deleted folder in your trash bin? If it is, you should be able to recover.

So I've updated to Wampserver 3.2.0 (64 bit) with no problems. Everything seems to running fine. However, when I start/restart Wampserver I get an alert popup indicating a New Update Available, Current Version: 3.2.2.1, New Version: 3.2.2.2. Maybe I'm just too old and slow, but I can't figure out what the alert is referring too nor how to do the update.

Yeah, I figured. Just wanted to warn anybody else thinking about doing the update.

So when I updated to PHP 7.2.19 64bit and try to open phpMyAdmin, I get the following errors: Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in C:\wamp64\apps\phpmyadmin4.8.5\vendor\phpseclib\phpseclib\phpseclib\bootstrap.php on line 10 Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'PhpMyAdmin\MoTranslator\Loader' not found in C:\wamp64\apps\phpmyadmin4.8.5\libraries\common.inc.php on line 96 Error: Clas

I've set $cfg['LoginCookieValidity'] = 99999; in config.inc in the phpmyadmin4.8.5 directory in apps. I edit php.ini from the WampServer icon (which is the php.ini in C:\wamp64\bin\apache\apache2.4.38a\bin).

Interesting. The past few days I didn't see the WAMP icon in the hidden icons on the task bar. This morning it showed up. Guess it healed itself because I didn't do a restart or anything else that would cause it to come back. Not that I'm complaining.

Yeah, I've been noticing the same thing the past few days. At least on my Dell Inspiron 7000 laptop. Not a problem on my desktop. Both systems are running Windows 10 build 17692. Reboots and WAMP restart don't seem to help. And WAMP is definitely running.

Did you start Wampserver after you installed it?

I've been running WAMP on Windows 10 since 10's inception and have never had any issues. I think you've got a issue with operator error.

Do you have the 3.1.3 update or the full install?

Pretty sure that if you've named your page "index.com" it won't show up. It needs to be "index.html" or, if you're using PHP anywhere in the page, "index.php".

There are tons of on-line tutorials out there. Google something like "using mysql" and you'll get pages of results. There are also many books available about MySQL and PHP which you'll need to know in order to make use of MySQL database(s).

I meant to change c:/wamp to c:/wamp64. Using the navigation button doesn't do what you want done.

Just rename tack on 64 to the install directory and you should be good to go.

It's no big deal. I'm running Win10 and whenever I restart, I have to restart wampserver manually. If you have your User Account Control set, then you will get that "warning" but it doesn't mean much of anything. Also, I've never had any luck trying to get wampserver start with Windows startup with Win7, Win8/8.1 and now Win 10.

Ok, I just installed the 64 bit version of WAMP 2.5 onto my wife's PC running Windows 10 Home. Straight install and launched just fine. That should settle any discussion that it won't run on Win10 Home. If you are running Skype, make sure that it isn't using port 8080. My wife doesn't have Skype installed since she isn't much a chatter, at least on-line I have no idea about the hoops an

Personally, I've never been able to get thing set right in W10 such that WS will auto-start when W10 starts. I don't suppose I've exhausted every avenue, but I've decided it's just as easy (for me at least) to start WS manually after W10 has restarted.

I suggest you take some time and do some research and study on what is and how to use PHP. There are timew when Google can be your friend.

Sorry to tell you that Wampserver works perfectly well on Windows 10. I've been running it on my laptop since the initial test release and on both my laptop and desktop since the official release. Also just saying it doesn't work isn't much help. A few more specifics are needed to provide even a little bit of assistance.

If your PHP code is embedded in the page then it must be published as a PHP page, not HTML.
