What are the steps to install SSL on Wampserver? I have been trying for weeks and was able to get "localhost" to be HTTPS, but none of the Apache virtual hosts work. They just forward to localhost instead of their respective local WordPress installs. Whenever I type https:// it just loops back to the Wampserver default gray background localhost page. I'm fairly certain I have something Forum: WampServer English
I can't find any info about this as a generic issue online, so I'm seeking help. I'm developing on DEV (my laptop) with WampServer 3 and a pro plugin I installed is throwing XDebug errors. I have disabled all plugins and troubleshooted and determined there doesn't seem to be a conflict with any other plugins (Elementor Lite and Pro are required for the site and don't have issue live).

I put everything back the way it was. All folders and files that were originally installed by Wampserver have been moved back.

I'm running WampServer 3.2.6 64-bit and I modified the virtual host for servername "localhost" to point to a different folder (eh__coding) that was not a subfolder of wamp64/ folder.
<VirtualHost *:80>
ServerName localhost
ServerAlias localhost
DocumentRoot "Z:\EHW_CUSTOM\eh__coding"
<Directory "Z:\EHW_CUSTOM\eh__coding/">

I received this error today when trying to run "curl_init()" function.
WHAT I'VE ALREADY DONE:
* PHP > PHP Extensions > curl is enabled
* PHP > php.ini > extension=curl is uncommented
But still I get this error which seems to mean cURL isn't installed. Help!
P.S.: I noticed this error/warning/message in the config report:

Here is what I"ve done:
1) Downloaded and ran check_vcredist.exe. It said I needed one 2008 redist.
2) Downloaded and unzipped wampserver_all_vc_redist_x86_x64.zip. Installed all the 2008 redists, always 32 bit first, then 64 bit.

I appreciate your reply however,

isn't true. I am launching from the link on the localhost dashboard and getting this error about Composer. I don't even have composer installed so I'm not sure why I'm getting that error. I'm not using CLI, I'm just clicking a link on Forum: WampServer English
I was getting PHP debug errors after upgrading Wampserver to use PHP version 7.4, so I could test arrow functions. After researching, I found that updating my phpMyAdmin was required. So I downloaded and installed the Phpmyadmin 5.1.1 file (https://wampserver.aviatechno.net/files/apps/wampserver3_x86_x64_phpmyadmin5.1.1.exe) from Wampserver aviatechno website.

@Otomatic Thanks for your reply. I wasn't sure what parts of Wampserver might become corrupted or unusable if I started messing around with port assignment, so I was hesitant. But, when I changed the MySQL port from 3308 to 3306 everything (MySQL) finally worked, phpMyAdmin finally let me log in, the default DBMS error finally went away, and "Default DBMS" is now showing as "mysql& Forum: WampServer English
Wampserver is installed on my Windows 10 machine and suddenly, at the bottom it says "***No Default DBMS***" with a red caution triangle (as in the screenshot below). In the same left-click window you can clearly see that MySQL is installed and selected as the default.
In my research I read some bits about changing the port, but that doesn't seem to be relevant to my situation. The & Forum: WampServer English

If that is the case, how should I go about testing and fixing it? And since I can login to MySQL command line client and access and perform queries on the databases fine, doesn't Forum: WampServer English

@Otomatic, thanks for the link. I have read that post before in 2016 (or one with a similar purpose), but it looks like you have changed some things since then. I did read that post after your reply and it looks like it will take me some time to provide a complete set of data for you. I will try to get that done by this weekend. Forum: WampServer English

THE ISSUE
I'm trying to run Apache 2.4 in a standalone installation with PHP and MySQL, all manually configured alongside my WAMPServer. This means I have two separate servers running side-by-side.
I was following a tutorial from 2015 on how to run two apache installs side-by-side on Windows. At a certain point it the instructions on screen didn't match up with what I was seeing on my syste Forum: WampServer English
