WordPress plugin works fine on Live Server but not on Localhost WAMPServer

I can't find any info about this as a generic issue online, so I'm seeking help. I'm developing on DEV (my laptop) with WampServer 3 and a pro plugin I installed is throwing XDebug errors. I have disabled all plugins and troubleshooted and determined there doesn't seem to be a conflict with any other plugins (Elementor Lite and Pro are required for the site and don't have issue live).

Further, after uploading the site to a live url, there are no errors. But, back on my laptop -- again, I emphasize, with the exact same configuration -- I'm getting XDebug errors.

As a generic concept, what would cause that? The only thing I can think of is the server. My server is WampServer.

Thoughts?

Hi,

Apache, PHP, MySQL configurations are different between servers.

What exactly do you mean by xDebug error?
Wouldn't it just be a PHP error displayed by xDebug?

I have serious doubts about the quality of WordPress plugins and to know what is going on, it is essential to give the complete and exact text of the error displayed. This can be found in php_error.log
