Use the wampmanager menus to edit php.ini. You are probably editing the wrong file manually, there are 2, 1 for PHP CLI and one for PHP in Apache.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(Windows 10 Pro 64bit) (Wampserver 3.3.4 64bit) Aestan Tray Menu 3.2.5.4
<Apache versions MULTIPE> <PHP versions MULTIPLE> <MySQL Versions MULTIPLE>
<MariaDB versions MULTIPLE> <phpMyAdmin versions MULTIPLE> <MySQL Workbench 8.0.23>

Read The Manuals Apache -- MySQL -- PHP -- phpMyAdmin
Get your Apache/MySQL/mariaDB/PHP ADDONs here from the WAMPServer alternate Repo
-X-X-X- Backup your databases regularly Here is How dont regret it later! Yes even when developing -X-X-X-

Thank you for answering. However, Im getting the following error(s):

"Your configuration file contains settings (root with no password) that correspond to the default MySQL privileged account. Your MySQL server is running with this default, is open to intrusion, and you really should fix this security hole by setting a password for user 'root'."

Also in another yellow bar:
"The additional features for working with linked tables have been deactivated. To find out why click here."

And when I click "here", I get these:
"
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['pmadb'] ... not OK [ Documentation ]
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['relation'] ... not OK [ Documentation ]
General relation features: Disabled

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['table_info'] ... not OK [ Documentation ]

These are not errors, they are just standard warnings.

"The additional features for working with linked tables have been deactivated. To find out why click here."

Is not an error just a notification.
If and when you are ready to use PMA you shoudl read the phpMyAdmin manual to see how to activate it. Until then it is not a problem
