Hey everyone!
I've been using WAMP to setup a website locally for quite a while and I was very happy with it. It worked properly for about a month. Then one day, I started it up and the icon wouldn't trun green. It was stuck on orange. Any help here?

1 - Windows version used: Windows 7 [SP1] 64-bit.
2 - Version WampServer Version 2.5 64-bit
3 - Apache Version: 2.4.9
4 - PHP Version: 5.5.12
5 - MySQL Version: 5.6.17
6 - What color is the WampServer icon: Orange

When I open my website locally, the login page is displayed but with the following error:
"Cannot connect to the database: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. "

LOGS:
Apache Error Log: [pastebin.com]
Apache Access Log [DOWNLOAD]: [www.filedropper.com] (CLICK THE GRAY DOWNLOAD BUTTON)
MySQL error log: EMPTY
PHP error log: [pastebin.com]

WINDOWS EVENT VIEWER ERRORS:
[pastebin.com]

7 - Active Lines:

127.0.0.1 localhost
::1 localhost

127.0.0.1 SecretZen
::1 SecretZen

127.0.0.1 secretzen.dev
::1 secretzen.dev

Hoping I can resolve this soon!
Thanks in advance!! :3

I think what Oto is trying to say is that we cannot view your pastebin because you have made them private?

Make then publicly visible and we will be able to see them.

I would hazzard a guess that you have another Apache and probably another MySQL running on your system.

Sorry only one of each per PC until you become a little more expert with both of these servers.

Nope. All I have is WAMP.

I haven't installed any server software recently.

Any other ideas?

Then you have had and there is a httpd.conf file somewhere because this line in the apache error log

[Tue Dec 16 10:18:30.519646 2014] [authz_core:error] [pid 11976:tid 844] [client ::1:58485] AH01630: client denied by server configuration: C:/Apache24, referer: [localhost]

is talkinmg about C:/Apache24 and that not a WAMPServer folder.
