WampServer

Doe anyone on this list have experience configuring PHPStorm to work with WAMP? I did the brute force step of specifying the C:\WAMP\bin\php\php5.5.7 as the home directory for the PHP interpreter. I was met with an error that "this appears to be a zend extension....."and a suggested modification to php.ini. It doesn't seem to matter if I apply the suggested modification to php.ini or not I still get the error. Ideas?
