Existe en 32 et 64 bits chez Apache Haus [www.apachehaus.com]

J'ai installé Apache 2.2.22 64 bits de chez Apache Haus et ça fonctionne.

Apache 2.4.1 n'est pas encore sorti officiellement.
Comme ils le disent sur apachelougne, ils l'utilisent à fins de tests en vu de repérer les bugs sur cette version qui sera probablement la version finale.

Impec, par contre, ils n'ont pas corrigé le bug ssl avec apache 2.4.2, du coup, soit il faut rester sous openssl 0.9.8, soit il faut tourner avec le module fcgid.

Perso, j'ai choisi la deuxième solution pour éviter un crash total en cas de plantage d'un thread.
