Regardez bien l'enfilade, votre message y est, en simple exemplaire. ::1 est l'équivalent de 127.0.0.1 mais en notation IPv6 ::1 et 127.0.0.1 sont équivalents à localhost. Si vous avez accès à PhpMyAdmin avec root@::1, il serait bien de rajouter les utilisateurs root@127.0.0.1
