Running php command the result - Error on local host

Hello
Im running the wamp server - Green.
When i chose the local host from the wamp, it gives me the local host page with the project folder - OK.
When i chose the phpmyadmin from the wamp it gives me the SQL section and I Built DB and its - OK.
I edited php command insublime text 2.0 and save it under www folder as testme.php file.
When i write the [localhost]
Im getting this result :
The requested URL /alone was not found on this server.
Apache/2.4.9 (Win32) PHP/5.5.12 Server at localhost Port 80
Please if there any sulotion for this as I want to start to work on the php
