Missing files means you've already got a problem when installation. If already created some data files, backup them, uninstall and reinstall wamp; hope that can fix that problem. Hope this help.

Remember, after install mod, you have to get into admin control panel and enable attachment as well as setup filesize limit and attachment quota because they're disable by default. Also, you have to check/change size limit in your php file because it seems you get error when size is over limit of php permission. I've already change mine when setup my mail server. I think you mean phpMyAdmin central copy in which each user when log in can only see his database. If that so, google it because I don't think you can get the answer here. Hope this help.

He he... actually you got got the answer right in front of you already. You should select "Grant access" means always, instead "Grant access once", that why it locks up your wamp server. Either edit McAfee to grant access for wamp always, or if not sure how to do it, just uninstall and reinstall wamp, and remember to pick a right choice this time. Hope this help
