After changing httpd.conf, port still taken up by Microsoft IIS/8.0

Hi, I followed instructions to change the Line: "Listen 80" to "Listen 0.0.0.0:80" in httpd.conf, but when I go to Apache > Service >Test Port I still get the error message, Port 80: Server used by Microsoft IIS/8.0.

What else can I do to change this? The icon is still orange.
thanks!

Hi Steven,

I tried to disable IIS in Windows, but there might be issues with Win 8. Would you be able to give quick instructions on where I can do this in Win8?

thanks,
tara

Sorry - I actually managed to disable IIS by following instructions on this:

but WAMP is still orange, and when I test Apache, it still says server is taken up by IIS 8.0.

Any wisdom is much appreciated!
