Hello i am try connect with a DNS on my localhost but seems i cannot connect what need to do now?

i am with a another connection is the port maybe? firewall port in the localhost pc are open if i try with my pc everything its just fine but from another connection nop

after all the port 80 its still kind like a mistery becouse all http request are from this port and its open by default so what is the next step?

ps: also other router like give the some result on test!
