for some reason, it works and then it doesn't work. Today July 1st 2013, I uninstalled it and reinstalled WAMP, still not working. Yes I did uninstall it. Icon is Green and online. dyn.com is registered with my current ip address, port forwarding is is turned on my Linksys router, Application & Gamming/ Port Forwarding: "Wamp Server " / 80 to 80 / Protocol: both / to IP Address 192.168.1.104 / Enabled x.

Wamp / Appachee / Services / Test Port 80 ==> Your port 80 is actually used by: Server: Apache/2.4.4 (Win64) PHP/5.4.12

ipconfig/all // IP routing Enabled: NO // WINS Proxy Enabled: NO
IPv4 address: 192.168.1.104(prefered)

Some people say windows works with IPv6 address: 2001:0:9d38:6ab8:2c6f:2192:9eb1:d16fsad smileyPrefered)

It has worked with windows xp and vista just fine.

Unless you have a very new router I would expect it will only work on the IPV4 Address range.

Exactly what is NOT WORKING??

Have you looked in the Apache error log, and Apache access log for any clues, i.e. is Apache getting accessed at all?

Are you trying to test this from inside your router?? If so that will probably not work either unless your router has Loop Back and it is turned on, also unlikely as most home routers dont allow look back.

Have you tested it from the internat, i.e. from next door or a friends house??
