Hello.

I'm newbie and a developer, not a admin. So please, help me: can I and how to add support of json library?

I assume you mean you want to use the PHP JSON extension?

As of PHP 5.2.0, the JSON extension is bundled and compiled into PHP by default.

So there is nothing to do other than read the manual, unless you installed an old PHP and we would need to know what version of PHP you have installed to answer that.
