Can't access SQLbuddy

I'm trying to setup WAMPServer so I can use LogBlock on my Minecraft server, but I can't access SQLBuddy! I says I can't access it because I have to log in, but there's no place to log in. Help!

Run SqlBuddy from the link on the WAmpmanager menu. It will start from a login screen.
If you have not changed the mysql 'root' password then the password is blank i.e. nothing just click the login button.
