WampServer

I am using WampServer2.1e-x32.exe on my windows XP computer

I tried to enable openssl by editing the below files:
php.ini D:\wamp\bin\php\php5.3.5
php.ini-development D:\wamp\bin\php\php5.3.5
php.ini-production D:\wamp\bin\php\php5.3.5
php.ini D:\wamp\bin\apache\Apache2.2.17\bin

I uncomment the code
from ;extension=php_openssl.dll
to extension=php_openssl.dll

But still on phpinfo page, it shows:OpenSSL support disabled (install ext/openssl)
So how could I enable openssl on my wampserver?
