MySQL only allows connections from the host computer

Hi, i just installed wampserver on my server computer and i want to access the mysql server from another computer in my network but the mysql server denies it. I'm hosting the mysql server on 192.168.0.198 and i want to connect to it from 192.168.0.199. How do i fix this?

If your server computer runs a firewall application, you need to open TCP port 3306 in the firewall settings for your local subnet 192.168.0.
