I feel these forums tend to not have sufficient knowledge base vs. the ratio of questions. The questions that tend to get answered are ones that are general - just like any chat forums. If you disagree, then I challenge you to take a peak at my other post: [forum.wampserver.com]

Nice challange, the issue is there is very few willing to answer any questions at all, easy or hard.

anyway looking at your post the most likely issue is that your missing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package which you can get here >> [www.microsoft.com]

There is a C++ 2008 Redistributable Package x64, and the one you linked is x86. How do we know which we need? I will attempt x64, since my WAMPserver is x64, and my MIcrosoft 2008 server is x64.

Using x64 and it works, guessing x86 will work - but what I am using is working.
