CONFLICT IN WampServer!!!

hi,i have installed WampServer2.2ax32 in Windows 7, when i typed [localhost] in my browser,i received this text:

This site is running Team Viewer
Free Port 80 for other applications in advanced settings.

what should i do here? Is it a conflict? thanks a lot

Are you running any other programs or services that uses the 80 port?
