WampServer is connected, but IE will not display Test screen

I have the latest WampServer 2.2a installed, and am using Dreamweaver 8 on Windows 7 Pro. I am attempting a php version, but when i press the test screen, it shows that the page cannot be found.
I changed the port in Wamp to 81, and Dreamweaver has the test server set up to localhost.
Any suggestions as to what is wrong?
