I need help (asap) making WAMP work ( mySQL issues)

Here's my problem:

* I deinstalled every apache , MySQL , PHP i had installed before at control panel>add/remove software

* deleted all apache/php/mysql folders that were left after removal, emptied recycle bin.

* I did "sc delete mysql" in cmd

* and then I deleted mysql server items from registry
(run>regedit and then search in "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services" for mysql

* Installed new fresh WampServer
> put it online localhost works and I can go to phpinfo() or phpmyadmin

MY PROBLEM is when I left click on wampserver icon and go to:
MYSQL>MYSQL console , first what there is "Enter password:" I don't now about any password,.. and those from mysql before installed don't work.
* Ok, I've read then on internet about configuring your mysql to set a new password so I went to :
"C:\wamp\bin\mysql\mysql5.1.36\bin\MySQLInstanceConfig"

* Now I don't know If I should configure it white sql server is ON or OFF" since when it is on it says "It seems that port 3306 is already in use. Are you sure you want to use this PORT?"

Either way, ON or OFF when pressing EXECUTE it fails at 2nd step: write configuration file with message : "the template configuration file cannot be found at "D:\wamp\bin\mysql\mysql5.1.36\bin\my-template.cnf"

* "D:\wamp\..." was my previous installation of wamp server, but as I said before i think ( but am not sure) that i deleted everything about previous wamp installation, so I really don't know why at MySQLInstanceConfig he is looking for the template configuration file at previous installation of wamp.

Guys, yes I said I need help asap , but please take your time, as much as you need and try to explain me and give me solutions to this as good as you can.

Thank you.

No need to run MySQLInstanceConfig with WAMP

By default only one MySQL user is setup, which is root and has no password. Just press enter when it asks for password

You can set up a password if you from within phpmyadmin. phpmyadmin is easier to use than MySQL Console.
