Can I copy the wamp installation to a jump-drive

I have installed wamp on my PC at home and have been developing my site. But I need to get help at a local Drupal Users group. It would be great if I had it on a jump-drive, so I could take it with a laptop to get help.
I copied it to my big jump-drive, but when I connect to my laptop the wamp icon does not show in the system tray. I guess there are some config. things that need to be changed: what items need to be changed, and how do I get to them. Thanks.
