I read in a few topics that php or apache isn't running, but it says online and I even restarted the services. What do I need to do? Thanks!

Ok. So, I cut off Skype and now, I can see localhost. But I now have another issue which I'll open a new topic for.

yeah I had the same thing have you tried to go to

[127.0.0.1] ?
