Port 80 problem

Hello!
I already used the search function, but unfortunately found no problem
solution.
I cannot install or start the ApacheServer, my "Port 80" should be already occupied. With the command "netstat -ano" i saw however that no further program uses also this "Port 80" and "Skype" is not actively.
I do not have Admin rights on the computer, where "wamp 1.6.6" is installed for; can be connected with it?
