WampServer

Hello Wamp Community,

I'm new here and literally starting from scratch. After installing the Wamp package, I fail to customize it.
Before I play around with all sorts of configuration files and then no longer know what I changed and where, I ask for help.

I cannot access Apache and therefore Ampache from external computers, neither from Windows PCs nor from iPhones / iPads.
Where do I have to make which entries (cfg files, virtual hosts, .htaccess??).

Does anyone of you have a table showing the order in which configuration files are read?

When you say you cannot access Apache, do you mean that you cannot see the WAMPServer home page when you enter `localhost` into any browsers address bar?

It is also helpful if you answer all these question as part of asking a question.
