No clicking is possible

I re-installed aestan tray and ran wampinirepair.bat. Ran the restart wamp.bat. I do get an icon, but no clicking is possible. My URL still only shows the wamp configuration screen with this error on the bottom

Please do not interfere in a discussion that is not yours.
Explain what exactly is your problem and its history and why you reinstalled Aestan... etc.

Please also READ (and answer) BEFORE YOU ASK A QUESTION
