I installed WAMP SERVER 64-bit new version 3.1.9 in Windows 10. I could access localhost homepage. When I try to access php files from localhost, the page shows the error ERROR_CONNECTION_RESET.
Tried all the possible ways: Turned off IIS and Turn on/off Windows features: ASP.NET, changed port (skype and wamp).
Is there a way where I could access php files from localhost
