4 - PHP Version – 5.6.16 ( I see in Wampserver also that I can use 7.0.0??)
5 - MySQL Version – 5.7.9
6 - What color is the WampServer icon (in the notification area of the taskbar) - Green

Website does not show may well be a problem but it is not a problem that is well enough described for us to do anything other than wonder about.

More detail is required or we have no way of helping other than guessing

My first guess:

Are you clicking on a filename in explorer and expecting a PHP script to run properly? If so dont. Enter something like `localhost/folder/file.php` into the browsers address bar.
