WampServer

The solution which you posted did not work for me... The error is still there which says:


*** ERROR *** The PHP configuration loaded file is: - should be: C:/wamp/bin/apache/apache2.4.17/bin/php.ini or c:/wamp/bin/php/php5.6.15/phpforapache.ini

and if click on phpmyadmin, this message is displayed on screen:


The mbstring extension is missing. Please check your PHP configuration.

The wamp icon is green and I have made that changes of uncommenting the mbstring extension and changing the path name for extension_dir in the php.ini

could you please further guide me that should I do now?

- Wampmanager Tray icon -> Apache -> Version -> 2.4.17 (Click on 2.4.17)
- Wampmanager Tray Icon -> PHP -> Version -> 5.6.15 (Click on 5.6.15)
