As far as xDebug 2.9.3 is concerned, this will wait "a while".
Indeed, whatever PHP version is used (from PHP 7.1 to PHP 7.4) xDebug 2.9.3 makes Apache restart with a simple 'http://localhost/' and the error :

AH00428: Parent: child process 12036 exited with status 3221225477 -- Restarting.
