WampServer

My wamp server seems green color and it is online.

I have changed port numbers for apache as well mysql due start service problem.

When I am trying to access public folder in CraftCMS project through browser (http://localhost:8080) it show like 'Our site is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.'

please help me on this.

This looks like a message from CraftCMS I would look at the config for CraftCMS

It has nothing to do with Wampserver but only with your CraftCMS. Help for CMS applications must be addressed to developers of CMS.
