Well it looks like you have another instance of MYSQL running on your system.
You can run 2 or more MYSQL instances on your system, but you need to know what you are doing.
If you look in the Windows Services snapin ( services.msc ) you will probably see more than one MYSQL service.
WAMPServer installs MySQL as a service called wampmysqld so if you see a service called MYSQL then you have 2 instances installed.
I would suggest uninstalling the other MYSQL, but make sure you know why its there and do any backups that may be required before you uninstall it!
