My wamp server is working. The color of tray icon is also green. The localhost page also opens.
But the project folders are not opening.
I've created a folder "test" in c:\wamp\www and in that folder is a simple "test.php" file.
The folder name appears in "Your projects" on wamp homepage. but when i click on the folder, it shows

Oops! Google Chrome could not find test

Did you mean: test.com

Please help.

Thanks!

I dont know why I go to the bother of writing these documents and making them STICKY when nobody actually bothers to read them

WAMPServer 2.5 The Homepage, Your Projects Menu and the need for Virtual Hosts

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(Windows 10 Pro 64bit) (Wampserver 3.3.4 64bit) Aestan Tray Menu 3.2.5.4
<Apache versions MULTIPE> <PHP versions MULTIPLE> <MySQL Versions MULTIPLE>
<MariaDB versions MULTIPLE> <phpMyAdmin versions MULTIPLE> <MySQL Workbench 8.0.23>

Read The Manuals Apache -- MySQL -- PHP -- phpMyAdmin
Get your Apache/MySQL/mariaDB/PHP ADDONs here from the WAMPServer alternate Repo
-X-X-X- Backup your databases regularly Here is How dont regret it later! Yes even when developing -X-X-X-

Hi,

However much you use any server software, if you do not use the "VirtualHost" it will always be a bad solution.
