Dedicated Server web hosting Setup help required

Good Day All..

I am the COO of a gaming clan named Veneration e-Sports in South Africa..
We are sponsored a dedicated server and i am trying to use wamp server to host a website though to the internet.

I need to know is this possible or do i need to install Apache and PHP 5.5 separately?

I would appreciate it if you can help me..

Steps i have already taken..

I have install wamp on the server and then checked that is it online..
I have also allowed it through the firewall..

I still cannot open it from my local pc but the localhost works on the server?

Can someone please tell me what i have done wrong?

What address are you using in the browser from your local PC?
