When I try to start Wampserver64 I get the message shown in the title of this message. Strangely the taskbar icon changes colour from red to brown to green then, after a few seconds, reverts to red. Followed your advice: thank you! However, when I go to "Right-Click Wampmanager icon -> Help -> Links to Wampserver repositories files & addons ; I can still only see 3.2.8 as the latest update. What am I missing please?

I keep getting emails suggesting that the above update is available. However, when I try to instal it I get an error message saying that it's only available for Wampserver 3.2.8! I cannot find any reference to that Wampserver version. The latest according to my research is 3.2.6. Anybody know what's going on here please?

Wampserver 3.2.0 64bit. Windows 10 fully updated. In spite of having installed SSL which seems to be all working fine, all browsers keep warning about localhost being unsafe even though https is specified in the address. How can I stop these warnings please?

How can I get the 'Developer' tab to appear in phpMyAdmin? I'm running Wampserver64 with Mariadb 10.4.10; PHP 7.3.12 and phpMyAdmin 4.9.2. I want to be able to set up table relationships using the 'Developer' facility which is allegedly available in phpMyAdmin but does not appear in my installation.

Thanks for that. No, localhost doesn't show using the numeric address - reports connection closed by remote server. Will check error logs carefully and report later. Have to go to a meeting now - back this afternoon. Again, many thanks; much appreciated.

A php program called text-resizer is in the public domain and I've been using it on my desktop perfectly well. Also uploaded to my web site where it performs as expected whether accessed through the pc or the laptop. Have installed wampserver 2 (freshly downloaded) onto the laptop and it comes up with an error when using exactly the same code as that on the pc. Reported error:- Undefined
