How can I get the 'Developer' tab to appear in phpMyAdmin? I'm running Wampserver64 with Mariadb 10.4.10; PHP 7.3.12 and phpMyAdmin 4.9.2.
I want to be able to set up table relationships using the 'Developer' facility which is allegedly available in phpMyAdmin but does not appear in my installation.

Hi,
The different versions of PhpMyAdmin provided with Wampserver or added afterwards are the official versions from [www.phpmyadmin.net] no modification.
It is up to you to read the documentation or to ask the question at PhpMyAdmin.
