Hi, I have wamp 3.3.1 64 bit with php 7.4.33 and apache 2.4.9 on windows 7. Wordpress is giving me the error "curl version not available" and "The PHP function CURL is not available on your server, which is required. Please contact your hosting provider." I checked the php ini in both php bin and apache bin, and both show "extension=curl" uncommented. I also

Hi, I downloaded and installed the wampsever update to latest 3.3.1. Runs great. So I installed php 7.4 and 8, however, when I switch the setting in php>version to 7.4 or 8 I no longer get green, it stays yellow. I updated myphpadmin to 5.2 but that gets me a yellow status as well. I can go back to php 7.0, and it works, however, wordpress is hounding me to update and my site keeps going o

Hi, my jetpack has been notifying me many times a day lately that my site is down. This just started happening about a week ago. When I go onto the server (dell/win7/wamp2.2) wamp is green. I "restart all services" and site is back up immediately, but then its back down again after few hours, sometimes shorter, sometimes longer. I looked in apache error logs, didnt see anything lo

SUCCESS!!! I got it. So I took a look at the wp-config and compared it to one of the working databases wp-config and the difference was: database username and database password (the working one was "root" so I changed that to root, and password was empty just two ticks so I changed that) Site is now up. Ok, now how to back up and export so I can upgrade to the current version? A

ok, renamed it to default_files, and that problem has gone away, still get error establishing a database connection for the site we have been trying to get back up. In myphpadmin the renamed database comes up now as default_files instead of #mysql50#default files, and in sql log this is what I am seeing now: 140905 8:57:22 wampmysqld: Shutdown complete 140905 8:57:23 Plugin 'FEDERAT

Ok, I found a file at the top of the list of databases in myphpadmin that is right above the non working database, and it is named: #mysql50#default files SO what is that??? that name matches the error in sql log, which is generated every time I look at my databases in myphpadmin. I click on it, no tables, or doesnt look like anything. Could this be the prob?

I don't recall using a different wamp version, however, that site did work like the others before the crash, same wamp. Is there a way to get more info about the specifics for that non working database?

Innodb, yes I click browse with the not working sites database selected, and yes there appears to be lines and data. The mysql log from wamp menu gives me this: 140903 11:24:40 Plugin 'FEDERATED' is disabled. 140903 11:24:40 InnoDB: The InnoDB memory heap is disabled 140903 11:24:40 InnoDB: Mutexes and rw_locks use Windows interlocked functions 140903 11:24:40 InnoDB: Compressed table

I installed a clean version of the wampserver (2.2) that I salvaged off of the corrupted drive (ran the installer) and got green, so the machine is good. Next I grabbed the php folder from that working version, and then ran uninstall and tossed the wamp folder. Then I copied the wamp folder that has my sites once again (the one that was missing the php folder and would not even start) and
