For those unfamiliar, HeidiSQL is a very quick and simple MySQL manager. It has all the features of phpMyAdmin and is not webapp. As a Windows app, it offers higher performance in general. You need use a version A how mysql5 and version B how mysql folders. Example: MySQL 4.023 = ./mysql5/ <-- Secondary MySQL 3.23 = ./mysql/ <-- Default is this?
