Hi MLongmire, Thank you for the reply. I tried that. When I click on the "Apply" and "OK" button it works fine. But, if i check the property again it reverts back to "Read Only"

PHPopenchat is not the only package. I get the same error while installing other scripts. If I try to uncheck the read-only permission of the folder (where it has to be installed), it accepts the settings. But if I check the properties again.. its back again to the "read-only" permission. I'd like to know if there's any setting in wamp to do this or any other consoles? Thank you!
