The version on your desktop is probably an older version which came with PHP5.2.x Realised that after remembering that I downloaded the PHP5.2.11 addon. Still would love to know how to check the WAMP version, it may be in a guide but haven't come across it yet.

I haven't used FPDF with WAMP but apparently it works well. You can download it from It doesn't need any other libraries or extensions. All you need to do is to put the FPDF folder with fpdf.php, fpdf.css and the font subfolder somewhere with other include files. Regards,

Is there a way to configure WAMP without the manual "hacks"? Yes there are neat ways to change to the version of PHP, Apache or even MySQL but what if I need to; change the port? OR change the web browser? Or change any other setting that may need to be changed in WAMP? I suggest a page dedicated in WAMP to allow the user to change the settings as they need to, hoping that a fu

QuoteLost total interest in finding a solution. I backed-up - re-loaded and stopped playing with it. It works if I don't mess around with it, I break most of the software to test the breaking point - I normally break first. Cheers Oh and good luck!

After loading 5.1.7-beta I get this message in PHPmyAdmin, not sure if it's an error or just a notification with an exclamation mark, any help here would be great. QuoteYour PHP MySQL library version 5.0.51a differs from your MySQL server version 5.1.7. This may cause unpredictable behavior. Cheers

FIXED! I am not sure if this is correct but it works. STEP 1: Stop all the Wamp Server services. Left click on the Wamp Server icon and select "Stop All Services" STEP 2: Create a folder called "data"(or any name) in the "<drivename>:\wamp\bin\mysql" folder So it looks like this: "<drivename>:\wamp\bin\mysql\data" STEP 3: Copy t
