Always prefer that a project opens in a new tab or window.

1. Open the www directory from the wamp icon
2. Edit the "index.php" find the opening <body> tag
3. Add this part just after the opening <body> tag.
<base target="_blank">
4. Close the saved file
5. Open your Localhost from the wamp icon.

All done.

Just a small correction, the <base target="_blank"/> should be placed between <head></head> (valid html standard)
