Installed WAMP on Windows 7. All was good, I pulled up phpmyadmin, all was well. I have a domain name that points to my local server. The host files on all my computers include a direct to the domain name to the local ip of the server. The install of the app (ipboard by Innovations) goes like this: 1. Copy the software to the folder you want it installed to. I copied it to the root of www.

4. Domain name switches to localhost
My site works perfectly, locally. I edited all my .conf files as suggested in many articles changing everything to allow or grant. When I try to access the server from any other computer it changes the domain to localhost and says the server can't be found.
