I have read carefully the before you start page because I have no experience with open source technologies and didn't want to mess anything with the system. anyway, after a bit of googling I found other members with the same problem and no solution, maybe it's the OS again, I am using 2008 standard, not the R2.

Thank you, so now I tried on windows server 2008, installed all the VC needed as in the pic here I had already disabled IIS, had admin rights and no skype on the machine but I got an error while installing. tryAcquireSRWLockExclusive not in KERNEL32.dll, something like that. The wamp icon is orange now so I guess the installation wasnt successful. Any idea?

Hello everybody, I need to install WAMP 3 for a commercial program we bought but when I try to install it I get the message, "this program does not support the version of windows your computer is running" It's windows server 2003.
