WampServer

I have Wampserver64 bit installed on Windows 10. Has been working for many years. Today when I click on Wampmanager icon, and say Yes (to allow changes) I then get response "all services ready" - I briefly glimpse the green icon - but no Wampserver icons or menu load in system tray. So I have no access to Wampserver whatsoever. How can I get the menu to load ?

Tonight for no apparent reason I cannot directly access PHPmyAdmin any more. I have a green light, I can access localhost, www.directory and the web sites hosted are taking data from the MySQL databases. Thank you Otomatic, RiggsFolly you are quite right - I was attached to Win XP which is why I have kept the old Wampserver so long. I have installed Win 10 on another machine and will be getting the latest Wampserver. Hopefully I can transfer data from the old one ?
